We hope that you love your new OV BOUTIQUE purchase - In the event that you don't please be aware of the following policies and consider these when making your selection.

We do not accept returns on any SALE ITEMS this includes Items reduced by promotions or with sale codes entered at checkout and all Sale Items that have been reduced in price. 

We are happy to talk to you on the telephone at our OV Boutique within opening hours prior to you purchasing online in case you are not sure of sizing/fabric etc.

All returns must be shipped back to us via Express Post within 7 days of receiving order.  Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customers expense to the address below with the tracking number recorded. We will endeavour to provide a replacement for any damaged/unsuitable items alternatively we will provide you with a credit note that can be used online or in store.
