We hope that you love your new OV BOUTIQUE purchase - In the event that you don't please be aware of the following policies and consider these when making your selection.
We do not accept returns on any SALE ITEMS this includes Items reduced by promotions or with sale codes entered at checkout and all Sale Items that have been reduced in price. We also do not accept any items on change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We happy to talk to you on the telephone at our OV Boutique within opening hours prior to you purchasing online in case you are not sure of sizing/ fabric etc.. If it is after opening hours you can leave a message on the answering machine and we will return your cll when we reopen the next day.

For Authorised Returns they must be shipped back to us via Express Post within 7 days of receiving order.  Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customers expense and items must be sent via express post to the address below with the tracking number recorded. Once we receive back we can process your refund (if applicable i.e.:faulty) and exchange for the Value of the Item/s less original postage charges if any were paid.
PLEASE EMAIL US AT staff_ovboutique@hotmail.com.au for a RA (Return Authorisation) Number and we will give you a return address.



For any exchange requests please email staff_ovboutique@hotmail.com.au with the details of your return and what you wish to exchange. Check the website for stock availability and we can hold the exchange item until we receive your return. Please enclose a Prepaid return satchel for your exchange to be shipped back to you. we re happy for you to call us to discuss alternative options. 


Please note any refunds where Afterpay has been selected as the payment option refund amount will be for the value of items purchased less afterpay fees.

All Afterpay transactions are subject to the customers agreement to deal with Afterpay  All Afterpay payments and money returns are dealt with Afterpay only. As the merchant we do not return any money to the customers credit card.
At the time of the return we advise Afterpay of the return via their website portal  (please allow us 24 hours to do this) after which Afterpay needs time to process the return at their end. Afterpay then issues an email to the customer stating a return has been processed. The time it takes Afterpay to process this return is their concern. All Afterpay terms can be found on their website
